This ultra-exclusive gourmet table is presented by Chef Nan herself, or one of her designated chefs, who guide guests through a customized tasting menu of 6–7 innovative courses, entirely separate from the standard dinner menu.
The Chef's Table requires a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 guests.
